In some kind of messed up (modern?) timeline, you just walked into a Lawson konbini. Everything you want is at your disposable, and damn, you sure want some of their special fried chicken, because Kaarage-kun's innocence tempts you (you monster). But if you don't want chicken, at least get all the snacks or the bentos or whatever crazy delicious food is available.

But fear not, if you're confused on what you need, or need something scanned in for you to pay, Wang Yuanji is here for her part time work (what?) like every respectable eighteen year old should, and she'll make sure to serve your every need. But she's not in the usual uniform, she's dressed in a special uniform made just for Lawson's very own Akikoloid-chan. With her very own Kaarage-kun! It must be some kind of special event! Yes it is, which is why this store feels almost like a party. And maybe why she could sometimes be seen handing out promotional tissue packs outside when it's quiet.

No really, buy something or help her out, she's stuck in this uniform and someone must suffer with her.

Another day, another days worth of competition between two popular konbinis.

Jiang Wei sees that Yuanji is trying to promote Lawson's with a cute uniform. WELL, HE'S NOT GOING TO LET HER WIN. Except he doesn't have a cute uniform like her. He decides to to please the folks and push out their store's mascot. GUESS WHAT LAWSON?? They are selling fried chicken too.

Jiang Wei is standing outside, petting the penguin(???) on the head while giving his competition a smile.]

[Wait that Family Mart seems to be doing something just as they had an event!

Yuanji's trying to get a good look at it, and really can only do so once the other staff managed to take over the registers for her.

And then she saw him, Jiang Wei, petting his penguin(???) like an evil cat. Oh two can play at this game!!! Only she's not going to pet Kaarage-kun on her shoulder.]

Oh, Master Jiang Wei, what a dear mascot you have. Here, let me fix your name tag for you.
