( open forever ) dragon bridge?!

Somehow, you have found yourself in Da Nang, Vietnam. Maybe it's a holiday! Maybe you got epically lost! Maybe the reason is completely unknown! Just that now you are looking at a very flamboyant dragon bridge.
And yes, it breathes fire. But only on special occasions, so consider yourself lucky!
Vietnam herself is near, just leaning against her motorbike on one of the ends of the bridge, parked near the side walks, waiting for the right moment. Just you wait, it's about to spew a fireball now...and there we go. Cool!

[Yukimura had been looking for her, and had not at all expected the fireball. Needless to say, he was pleasantly surprised by it.]
That was amazing!

For once, Izumo's glad he went all the way to Vietnam (well, he does need to go through Vietnam to Thailand, considering there weren't any flights from Japan to Thailand). The country reminded him of Thailand, a bit, but seeing and hearing the French roll off so many Vietnamese people he's ran into, he settles into his Francophone self: the romantic language rolling off his tongue smoothly like his Japanese and his English and his Finnish. He's been mistaken as a Frenchman by a few locals and was almost sorry he had to say that he was Japanese (no matter how much his heritage is mixed, Izumo is still a Japanese at heart—it's just that he possesses a more Western flair).
On this night, as the Dragon Bridge spews its first fireball of the night, Izumo grins at the sky and with a quick wave of hand—almost too quick, as if he just waved some smoke away from his person—lights his nth cigarette of the day. ]
Now that's a sight ya don't see everyday.
